【摘要】 目的了解北京市普通高中健康教育课开设与学生用耳卫生及听力保健相关知识储备情况,为开展青少年相关科普宣传教育工作提供前期调查。方法采用横断面研究,于2019年4～11月随机调查北京市10所普通高中的健康教育课开设情况,通过自设问卷调查5所市区高中生的用耳及听力保健知识水平,并对结果进行统计分析。结果受调普通高中的健康教育课开设率为100%(10/10),均未涉及用耳卫生及听力保健的相关知识。1845例市区高中生的问卷调查结果显示,自觉听力异常者占9.43%(174/1845),持续性耳鸣发生率为5.64%(104/1845);接受过用耳、护耳相关科普宣传/培训者占36.91%(681/1845);61.95%(1143/1845)认为有必要通过听力学检测了解自身听力水平,仅15.39%(284/1845)自愿接受免费的听力学检测。结论北京市高中尚未开展涉及用耳卫生及听力保健的教育课,学生的相关知识储备不足,亟待开展相关的健康普及型教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the knowledge of students about ear health and hearing healthcare in the health education courses of ordinary high schools in Beijing, and to provide a preliminary survey for the popularization and education of teenagers. Methods Cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the health education courses offered in ten senior high schools in Beijing from April to November in 2019. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the 5 urban area senior high school students’ ear use and hearing care knowledge, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The provision of health education courses in the general high schools was 100%(10/10), which did not involve the related knowledge of ear hygiene and hearing care. The results of questionnaire survey of 1845 senior high school students showed that 9.43%(174/1845) of them felt abnormal hearing, and the incidence of persistent tinnitus was 5.64%(104/1845); 36.91%(681/1845) of them had received popular science education/training related to ear use and ear protection; 61.95%(1143/1845) of them thought it necessary to know their hearing level through audiological test, and only 15.39%(284/1845) of them voluntarily accepted the free audiological test.Conclusion There is no education class related to ear health and hearing health in high schools in Beijing urban area, and students lack relevant knowledge, so it is urgent to carry out related health education.更多还原
