基于DMAIC模型的高压开关壳体内表面涂层质量改善研究

【摘要】 铝制高压开关壳体内表面涂层质量制约着高压开关产品的运行状态。针对高压开关内表面涂层颗粒难题,引进DMAIC质量改进模型,在使用SIPOC和FMEA定性分析影响高压开关壳体表面涂层质量的潜在因素基础上,采用实验设计定量分析根本原因的因素水平及最优参数组合,最后通过实际生产案例验证改进方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 The quality of coatings on the inner surface of aluminum-based high-voltage switch housing has become the constrains for the operation of high-voltage switch production.In view of the problem of coatings particles on the inner surface of high voltage switch,this paper discussed the quality improvement model of DMAIC. On the basis of qualitative analysis of potential factors affecting the coatings quality for high voltage switch housing by using SIPOC and FMEA models,the root causes and the optimal combination of parameters was analyzed by experimental design. The feasibility of the improved scheme was verified by practical production cases.
