【摘要】 描述1例重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的中西医结合救治方案,为降低重症患者病死率、改善转归预后提供一种新的思路。回顾性分析1例重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的发病、发展、治疗及转归,并复习相关文献。患者入院后病情持续加重,经过中西医结合治疗后病情好转,2个月后达到出院标准出院康复。总结中西医结合治疗的得失,可以改善新型冠状病毒肺炎重症患者的不良转归。更多还原

【Abstract】 To describe the treatment with integrated Chinese and Western medicine of a patient with severe COVID-19,and try to find a better way to reduce mortality and improve outcomes of patients with COVID-19. The onset,development,treatment and outcome of a patient with severe COVID-19 were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literatures were reviewed. At the first half of the month,the medical condition of the patient was getting worsened. After treatment with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,the medical condition of the patient was improved and discharged after 2 months. The advantages and disadvantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment have been summarized,which will help find a better way to reduce mortality and improve outcomes of severe patients with COVID-19.更多还原
