【Abstract】 The application of ultrasound microbubble in diagnosis and treatment is becoming a research hotspot in medicine.It can not only be used as contrast agents which improve disease diagnosis by enhancing image quality, but also efficient in targeted therapy by carrying drugs and genes through physical or chemical modification.This paper summarizes current research towards application of ultrasonic microbubble in vascular diseases, and provides comprehensive review of the ultrasound microbubble’s advantage, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, thrombolysis and gene therapy assisted by microbubble.更多还原
