【摘要】 目的对比观察腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(LIH)治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选取86例成人腹股沟疝,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。观察组接受LIH治疗,对照组接受开放式无张力疝修补术(OTH)治疗。比较两组的手术指标、术后恢复及疝复发、并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05),但术中出血量、术后镇痛药应用、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。而两组术后随访6～12月,复发率无差异。结论LIH治疗成人腹股沟疝,术后恢复快,患者痛苦和并发症较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy(LIH)on adult inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 86 cases of adult inguinal hernia were randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43). The observation group received LIH,and the control group received open tensionfree herniorrhaphy(OTH). The operative indexes,postoperative recovery,hernia recurrence,and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05). The amount of intraoperative blood loss,the application rate of postoperative analgesics, the time of hospitalization, and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups at follow-up visits after 6-12 months. Conclusion LIH is effective in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia,with faster postoperational recovery,less pain,and less complications.更多还原
