生物发酵饲料在生猪生产中应用研究进展

【摘要】 随着畜牧业的快速发展,畜产品安全的问题日益突出。生物发酵饲料因其来源广泛,不受原料的种类的限制,发酵环境要求不高,投资较少,可以有效降低饲料成本。依靠酶类催化,增强猪只对饲料中营养成分的消化吸收,减少粪便排出量,对于保护环境有重要意义。文章对近年来关于生物发酵饲料和其在养猪生产中的应用作简要阐述。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of animal husbandry, the safety of animal products has become increasingly prominent. Bio-fermented feed can effectively reduce the cost of feed because of its wide source, no limit by the types of raw materials, low requirements for fermentation environment and less investment. Relying on enzyme catalysis, enhancing digestion and absorption of nutrients in feed and reducing fecal discharge are of great significance for protecting the environment. The effect is remarkable in the production application. In this paper, the bio-fermented feed and its application in pig production in recent years are briefly described.
