【摘要】 移动办公作为一种高效应对突发事件的有效工作模式,可以成为传统办公方式的主要补充手段。在医学期刊社应用移动办公具有较高的可行性,它具有消除协同办公的地域性、空间性限制,提升员工自主意识和积极性的作用,并可有效提高出版时效,解决信息孤岛问题,降低通勤风险。同时,有利于加强期刊社与编委会成员、审稿专家的联系,高效服务作者,更好地推动期刊社以服务为导向,灵活调整办刊策略及方式,提升期刊核心竞争力。但是移动办公也有其局限性和不足,仍存在很大的创新和发展空间,只有与传统办公方式结合使用,才能更好地发挥其应有的效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an effective working mode to deal with emergencies, mobile office can become the main supplementary means of traditional office mode. The application of mobile office in medical journals has high feasibility. It can eliminate the regional and spatial restrictions of collaborative office,enhance the self-awareness and enthusiasm of employees,effectively improve the publishing efficiency,solve the problem of information island,and reduce the risk of commuting. At the same time,it is conducive to strengthen the contact between the journal and the editorial board members and reviewers,effectively serve the authors,better promote the service-oriented journal,flexibly adjust the strategies and methods of running the journal,and enhance the core competitiveness of the journal. But mobile office also has its limitations and shortcomings,there is still a great space for innovation and development,and the combination of traditional office can better play the effect of office.更多还原
