【摘要】 目的:了解肿瘤专科护士的医学叙事能力现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法:采用便利抽样法,应用中文版医学叙事能力量表及家庭关怀量表对220名肿瘤专科护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:220名肿瘤专科护士的医学叙事能力总分为(158.64±17.13)分。不同学历、工作年限、科室、婚姻状况、亲属中是否有人患癌的肿瘤专科护士医学叙事能力得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,科室、婚姻状况和家庭关怀水平为肿瘤专科护士医学叙事能力的主要影响因素。结论:肿瘤专科护士的医学叙事能力处于中等偏上水平,还有待于进一步提高。护理管理者应根据医学叙事能力的影响因素,制定有针对性的干预措施,提高其医学叙事能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the status of medical narrative ability of oncology specialist nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: 220 oncology specialist nurses by convenience sampling method were investigated by Chinese medical narrative ability scale and family care scale. Results: The total score of the medical narrative ability of 220 oncology specialist nurses was 158.64±17.13. There were statistically significant differences in the medical narrative ability scores of oncology specialist nurses with different educational backgrounds, working years, departments, marital status, and whether any of their relatives had cancer(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that department, marital status and family care level were the main factors affecting the medical narrative ability. Conclusion: The medical narrative ability of oncology specialist nurses is at the upper-middle level and needs to be further improved. Nursing managers should formulate targeted intervention measures based on the influencing factors of medical narrative ability to improve their medical narrative ability.更多还原
