【摘要】 废旧纺织品的回收再利用与资源的持续利用和环境污染问题息息相关,为全球所关注。文中主要对国内外废旧纺织品的来源、回收及再利用过程、存在的问题及对策进行细致研究。在有关的法律、政策及措施梳理分析的基础上,借鉴国外先进的废旧纺织品回收再利用经验,分析国内外对废旧纺织品的来源、回收方式、高值化利用的途径。针对我国废旧纺织品回收现状,给出废旧纺织品高值化综合回收体系的合理化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The recycling and reuse of waste textiles are closely related to the sustainable use of resources and environmental pollution, and has attracted worldwide attention. In this paper, the source, process of recovery and reuse, existing problems and countermeasures of waste textiles at home and abroad are studied in detail. Based on the analysis of relevant laws, policies and measures, drew on the experience of recycling and reuse of foreign advanced waste textiles, this paper analyzes the sources, ways of recovery and high-value utilization of waste textiles.In view of the current recycling situation of waste textiles in China, the rationalization proposals of the high-value comprehensive recycling system of waste textiles are put forward.更多还原
