软枣猕猴桃授粉液筛选初探

【摘要】 为探究如何提高软枣猕猴桃花粉萌发率、坐果率、降低畸形果率,该文在软枣猕猴桃自育品系(品系代码:X2009-11)开花期采集花粉,利用不同浓度的授粉液进行液体授粉试验,确定最合适的授粉液配比.结果表明:在授粉液中附加10%麦芽糖、0.01%硼酸、0.02%吐温80和0.1%花粉,花粉萌发率达88.05%、坐果率达83.63%、果实畸形率4.16%,并且坐果率比自然状态下高34.07%,为软枣猕猴桃栽培生产提供保障.

【Abstract】 in order to explore how to improve the pollen germination rate,fruit setting rate and reduce the abnormal fruit rate of Actinidia arguta,pollen was collected at the flowering stage of Actinidia arguta self bred line(line code:x2009-11),The results showed that adding 10% maltose,0.01% boric acid,0.02%Tween 80 and 0.1% pollen to the liquid pollination solution,the germination rate of pollen was 88.05%,the fruit setting rate was 83.63%,the abnormal fruit rate was 4.16%,and the fruit setting rate was 34.07%higher than that in the natural state,which provided guarantee for the cultivation and production of Actinidia arguta.
