碳热还原法制备氮化硅陶瓷的研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了碳热还原法生产氮化硅粉体的机理及产出氮化硅陶瓷的特点,并对其研究方向进行了展望。氮化硅(Si3N4)具有高强度、高硬度、耐磨蚀、抗氧化、良好的抗热冲击性等优点被广泛应用。生产氮化硅粉体的方法多种多样,由于近年来生产技术的大幅度提高,以及全球金属矿物价格的大幅度波动,目前采用原料为SiO2的碳热还原法生产氮化硅陶瓷被广泛关注,大量国内外研究人员对其进行研究。

【Abstract】 The mechanism of producing silicon nitride powder by carbon-thermal reduction and the characteristics of produced silicon nitride ceramics are introduced, and its research direction is prospected. Silicon nitride(Si3N4) is widely used because of its high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and good thermal shock resistance. At present, there are various methods for producing Si3N4 powder. Due to the significant improvement of production technology in recent years and the large fluctuations in global metal mineral prices, the use of SiO2 as the raw material to produce silicon nitride ceramics by the carbon-thermal reduction method has been attracted widespread attention. A large number of domestic and foreign researchers have studied it.
