弹簧钢矫直缺陷的分析研究

【摘要】 文章通过对弹簧钢54SiCr6孔洞成因进行探讨分析,初步认为钢材心部在七辊矫直机的作用下,其心部在方向不断变化的压应力+拉应力+切应力综合作用下会造成心部组织变疏松,而端部如果弯曲度较大且矫直机调整不当的情况下,内部矫直应力超过材料的塑性变形极限,就会在心部出现裂纹并进一步形成空腔,并通过改变矫直工艺参数来得到验证。研究结果表明:压下量和轧辊角度越大,表面变形越严重,端面凹陷越深;从组织变形情况看,压下量和轧辊角度变化对弹簧钢组织没有太大影响。

【Abstract】 Through the discussion and analysis of the causes of 54 SiCr6 spring steel holes, the preliminary conclusion is that the combined action of compressive stress, tensile stress and shearing stress which are constantly changing in the direction in the core of steel will cause the core structure to become loose with the action of seven-roll straightener, and if the end of the bending degree is larger and the straightener is not adjusted properly, the internal straightening stress will exceed the plastic deformation limit of the material, and cracks will appear in the core and further form cavities.Those can be verified by changing the straightening process parameters. The results show that the larger the reduction and roll angle, the more serious the surface deformation and the deeper the end face depression; In terms of microstructure deformation, the reduction and roll angle have little effect on the microstructure of spring steel.
