股骨颈骨密度及骨皮髓质比率与性别、年龄关系的影像学研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨股骨颈骨密度、骨皮髓质比率变化与年龄、性别的关系。方法:选取东南大学附属中大医院就诊的、无髋部骨折、无既往患有骨代谢异常疾病和未服用影响骨代谢药物且符合纳入标准的298例患者。用DEXA测量股骨颈骨密度(FN-BMD),行CT测量股骨颈皮髓质比率(FN-CMR)。将患者按年龄分为5组,即≤44岁组、45~54岁组、55~64岁组、65~74岁组、≥75岁组。应用SPSS 22.0统计软件包,分析性别及年龄对FN-BMD、FN-CMR值的影响。结果:FN-BMD、FN-CMR随年龄增长而降低,男性各年龄段FNBMD、FN-CMR均高于女性,但女性随年龄下降率明显高于男性,且女性FN-CMR开始加速降低的年龄段早于男性。结论:人群中FN-BMD、FN-CMR随性别及年龄而变化,这对于髋部脆性骨折风险的影像学定量评估具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship of femoral neck bone mineral density,bone marrow medulla ratio with age and gender. Methods: A retrospective analysis included patients with no history of hip fracture,no previous bone metabolic abnormalities having not taken medications that affected bone metabolism in Zhongda Hospital. 298 patients with femoral neck bone mineral density( FN-BMD) measured by DEXA,femoral neck medullary ratio( FN-CMR) measured by CT were also included. These patients were divided into five groups according to their ages: ≤44,45-54,55-64,65-74,≥75 years old. The effects of gender and age on FN-BMD,FN-CMR of the subjects were analyzed by SPSS 22. 0 statistical software. Results: FN-BMD and FN-CMR were decreasing with age,FN-BMD and FN-CMR were higher in men than those in women,but the declined rate in women with age was significantly higher than that in men,moreover the age at which FN-CMR began to decrease in females was earlier in males. Conclusion: Understanding the variations of FN-BMD and FN-CMR with gender and age is helpful to the quantitative assessment of hip fracture risk.
