【摘要】 作为老工业基地城市,天津当前针对划拨工业用地的更新实践尚显不足,较难以应对"内涵式、高质量"发展的现实要求。文章首先从理论角度界定了存量时期的内涵,并解析了在存量发展背景下进一步探究天津划拨工业用地更新问题的紧迫性和重要性;其次,先后从"工业用地转型发展、划拨工业用地更新、天津划拨工业用地"三个角度完成了对既有研究的综述评析;最后,建议在未来的研究中梳理全域尺度划拨工业用地的时空演变特征、解析其全生命周期迭代模式,并判断不同转型情景下天津划拨工业用地更新的外部干预和内部自组织动力机制。进一步开展面向存量时期的天津划拨工业用地更新研究,有助于支撑存量土地资源的优化利用、为城乡空间治理决策提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an old industrial city, Tianjin shows obvious deficiency in its current regeneration practice of the allocated industrial land, and has difficulties in coping with the realistic requirements of “connotative and high-quality” development. Firstly, this paper defines the inventory planning period from a theoretical perspective, and analyzes the urgency and importance of further exploring the regeneration of the allocated industrial land in Tianjin in the context of inventory planning development. Secondly, a review and an analysis of existing research have been completed from three perspectives including “the transition and development of industrial land”, “the regeneration of allocated industrial land” and “the allocation of industrial land in Tianjin”. Finally, it is suggested that in future research, we should sort out the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the allocated industrial land on a global scale, analyze its full life cycle iteration model, and judge the external intervention and internal self-organization dynamic mechanism for the regeneration of allocated industrial land in Tianjin in different transformation scenarios. Further research on the regeneration of Tianjin’s allocated industrial land during the inventory planning period helps to support the optimal use of inventory planning land resources and provide a scientific basis for urban and rural spatial governance decisions.更多还原
