新工科背景下焊接学科的《材料测试分析方法》课程改革与实践——以天津大学材料成型及控制工程专业为例
Reformation and Practice of the Course Material Testing and Analysis Method under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education——Taking Material Forming and Controlling Engineering of Tianjin University as an Example
【摘要】 文章以新工科背景下天津大学材料成型及控制工程专业(焊接方向)的本科生课程《材料测试分析方法》为研究对象,以培养具有家国情怀、全球视野、创新精神和实践能力的高层次焊接专业人才为目标,提出课程的改革与实践。针对高校开展同类课程出现的问题进行调研分析,结合多年教学经验,开展了一系列教学改革:探索教学新模式,开展项目链条式实验模式,设计多元化考核方式,强化全过程评价。课程实践后,提高了学生学习的主动性和积极性,提升了学生的科技创新能力,取得了良好的教学效果反馈。
【Abstract】 Material Testing and Analysis Method is a professional course for undergraduates majoring in material forming and controlling engineering(welding direction) in Tianjin University. Under the background of emerging engineering education, this article concerns on the reform and practice of the course, focusing on cultivating high-level professional welding talents with national feelings, global vision, innovative spirit and practical ability. Based on the typical problems found in the research and analysis of similar courses in colleges and universities, this article puts forward innovative teaching reform scheme by combining the authors’ years of teaching experience, including exploring new teaching mode, carrying out chain-type experimental design, creating diversified assessment methods, and strengthening the evaluation of students in the whole experimental process. These reforms significantly stimulate the study initiative and enthusiasm of students, and effectively improve their scientific and technological innovation ability.
