永磁同步电机无差拍预测电流控制策略研究

【摘要】 永磁同步电机控制系统中电流环的性能是影响系统整体性能的关键因素,因此电流环的控制策略越来越多的选用高性能的无差拍预测电流控制。然而无差拍预测电流控制是一种基于电机数学模型的控制算法,控制器参数与电机实际参数不匹配会导致系统稳定性下降、效率降低等问题。根据永磁同步电机的数学模型和无差拍预测电流控制算法,分析控制器参数与电机实际参数不匹配对于系统稳定性的影响规律,引入鲁棒性因子对定子电流进行优化处理,给出一种鲁棒预测电流控制算法,有效提高了系统的稳定裕度。同时,对控制器参数与电机实际参数不匹配导致的dq轴电流静差的机理进行分析,提出一种静差消除算法,利用d轴电流静差积分值叠加到d轴电压上,q轴电流静差积分值动态调整控制器磁链值,有效消除了电流静差。通过仿真分析和实验,验证了所提控制算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 The performance of the current loop in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) control system is a key factor affecting the overall performance of the system. Therefore, high-performance deadbeat predicted current control is increasingly used in the current loop control strategy. However, since the deadbeat prediction current control is an algorithm based on the motor model, the mismatch between the controller parameters and the actual motor parameters will lead to problems such as system stability and efficiency degradation. According to the mathematical model of PMSM and the deadbeat prediction current control algorithm, the influence of the mismatch between controller parameters and actual motor parameters mismatch on system stability was analyzed. Then the robust factor was introduced to optimize the stator current. A robust predictive current control algorithm was presented to effectively improve the stability margin of the system. At the same time, based on the analysis of the mechanism of the dq axis current error caused by the mismatch between the controller parameters and the actual motor parameters, a current error elimination algorithm was proposed, which was superimposed on the d-axis voltage by using the d-axis current error integral value. The flux linkage value of the controller was dynamically adjusted by the q-axis current static difference integral value, which effectively eliminates the static current error. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified by simulation and experiment.
