钢-混凝土组合梁栓钉连接件界面黏结刚度研究
Study on Interfacial Bonding Stiffness of Stud Connectors in Steel-Concrete Composite Girder
【摘要】 栓钉连接件界面黏结刚度的取值是钢-混凝土组合梁数值模拟中亟需解决的关键问题。基于能量原理给出了栓钉和黏结区混凝土的变形能公式,通过变形能与黏结刚度间的二阶导数关系提出了界面黏结刚度的计算方法。在该方法中栓钉和混凝土的剪切模量是重要的材料参数。根据弹塑性力学理论,提出了栓钉和黏结区混凝土变形全过程的剪切模量理论计算方法。为验证该方法的正确性,建立三维有限元分析模型得到材料间界面黏结刚度。将有限元分析结果与已有试验结果进行对比,发现二者较为接近,证明界面黏结刚度计算方法准确,可用于钢-混凝土组合梁的数值模拟分析。
【Abstract】 The value of interfacial bonding stiffness of stud connectors is a key problem to be solved in the numerical analysis of steel-concrete composite girders.Based on the energy principle,the deformation energy formula for stud and concrete in the adhesive region was proposed.The calculation method of interface bonding stiffness was deducted by the second derivative relationship between deformation energy and bonding stiffness.The shear modulus of stud and concrete are important material parameters.On the basis of elasticity and plasticity mechanism theories,the theoretical calculation methods of the shear modulus of stud and concrete in the adhesive region throughout deformation process were proposed.In order to verify the correctness of the method,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model was established to obtain the interfacial bonding stiffness.By comparing the finite element analysis results with the existing test results,it is found that the results are relatively close,which proves that the calculation method of interfacial bonding stiffness is accurate.
