车辆动态制动试验仿真系统研究

【摘要】 随着经济不断发展,铁路向重载列车发展,现有室内制动试验都是静置试验。为了保证列车在制动过程中的安全性,提出了建立基于车辆滚动制动试验台的制动试验仿真系统基本思路,为了适用于车辆制动控制,将复杂的制动系统归纳出基本数学模型,结合列车实际制动时的工况,研究不同编组列车的不同位置车辆制动特性,对该系统的控制模型进行优化与完善,建立了制动试验仿真系统控制模型,实现在车辆滚动制动试验台上,模拟列车编组中任一辆车的制动试验。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the economy, the railway has developed to heavy-duty trains, but available indoor braking tests are static tests. In order to ensure the safety of the train during the braking process, the basic idea of establishing the braking test simulation system based on the rolling brake test rig of the vehicle is proposed. In order to apply to the vehicle braking control, the complex braking system is summarized into the basic mathematical model. According to the working conditions of the actual braking of the train, the braking characteristics of different positions of different trains are studied, and the control model of the system is optimized and improved. The control model of the braking test simulation system is established to realize the rolling brake of the vehicle. On the test bench, simulate the braking test of any one of the trains.
