浮动式制动闸片压力分布的数值模拟
The Pressure Distribution Analysis of the Flexible Braking Pad
【摘要】 盘形制动摩擦副间的剧烈摩擦,因摩擦热和磨损造成制动压力分布的剧烈变化,但是该处的压力无法直接试验测量,而用直接热机耦合模拟方法需要十分庞大的计算资源。文中采用序贯耦合法将影响摩擦界面的制动力、热变形、磨损因素分段计算并耦合,使得对燕尾结构和浮动结构闸片的数值模拟可以在一般工作站计算机上实现,并得出以上3个因素对压力分布的影响以及摩擦界面接触压力分布的变化规律。
【Abstract】 The intense friction between the brake disc and pads causes dramatic change of the frictional pressure due to the frictional heat and wear, the pressure can not be directly measured, while the direct thermal mechanical coupling method requires a tremendous computing resources. In this paper, the consecutive heat-stress coupling method is used to calculate and sequentially couple the braking force, thermal deformation and wear factors affecting the friction interface, so that the numerical simulation of the dovetail structure pad and the floating structure pad can be realized on a general computer. The influence of factors on the pressure distribution and the variation of the contact pressure distribution at the friction interface was also discussed.
