电力机车牵引黏着控制半实物仿真研究
Semi-physical Simulation Research on Traction Adhesion Control of Electric Locomotive
【摘要】 针对电力机车牵引黏着控制算法在研发过程中难以验证的问题,从黏着力的基本原理出发,设计了黏着控制仿真模型的整体架构,对轮对动力学模型、车体动力学模型、列车阻力模型、轴重转移模型、黏着特性模型进行了数学建模,建立了由牵引控制单元和实时仿真机组成的硬件在环(HIL)半实物仿真台。试验结果表明,通过建立的半实物仿真模型和介绍的仿真方法,可以有效实现对电力机车黏着控制算法测试验证的目的。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that traction adhesion control algorithm of electric locomotive is difficult to verify in the process of research and development, starting from the basic principle of adhesion, the overall framework of adhesion control model is designed, and the mathematical models of wheel set dynamics model, vehicle body dynamics model, train resistance model, axle load transfer model and creep force calculation model are established, a hardware in the loop simulation platform composed of traction control unit and realtime simulator is established. The test results show that the semi-physical simulation model and the simulation method introduced in this paper can effectively achieve the purpose of testing and verifying the adhesion control algorithm of electric locomotive.
