基于电感电流的双有源桥DC/DC变换器的开路故障诊断

【摘要】 基于电力电子变压器的列车牵引传动系统中,双有源桥DC/DC变换器的组成结构复杂且运行环境较为恶劣,极易发生故障。文章针对DAB中IGBT模块不同的开路故障情况,通过建立DAB动态数学模型,对实测的电流值与估计值的状态残差进行了分析,研究了基于电感电流的双有源桥DC/DC变换器开路故障诊断及定位方法,并基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建了仿真模型进行验证。仿真结果表明,该方法诊断快速,结果精确,可快速确定故障位置。

【Abstract】 In the train traction drive system based on power electronic transformer, the composition of double active bridge DC/DC converter is complex and the operation environment is relatively poor, which is prone to failure. Aiming at the different open-circuit faults of IGBT modules in DAB, the dynamic mathematical model of DAB is established, and the state residual between the measured current value and the estimated value is analyzed. The open-circuit fault diagnosis and location method of dual active bridge DC/DC converter based on inductor current is studied, and the simulation model is built based on MATLAB/Simulink to verify. The simulation results show that the method is fast, accurate and can quickly locate the fault location.
