【摘要】 对由西洋参茎叶总皂苷制得的西洋参茎叶三醇皂苷的化学成分进行快速分析鉴定,为阐明其药效物质基础提供参考。采用超高效液相色谱与飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q/TOF-MS)技术对西洋参茎叶三醇皂苷化学成分进行分析。通过UNIFI天然产物平台,对比各成分的精确分子质量、保留时间及质谱碎片离子信息,对其中三萜皂苷类化学成分进行了快速分析与鉴定,共鉴定出31个三醇皂苷类化学成分,其中20位碳侧链未发生变化的21种,20位碳侧链发生变化的10种。本研究首次全面地对西洋参茎叶三醇皂苷化学成分进行了鉴定,为其药效物质基础阐明提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 The rapid analysis and identification of the chemical constituents of the triol saponin of Panax quinquefolium stems and leaves prepared from the total saponin of American ginseng stems and leaves provides a reference for elucidating the basis of its medicinal substances.The UPLC-Q/TOF-MS technology was used to analyze the triol chemical components of Panax quinquefolium stems and leaves. Through the UNIFI natural product platform, the precise molecular mass, retention time and mass spectrum fragment ion information of each component were compared, and the triterpene saponins were quickly analyzed and identified. A total of 31 triol-type saponins were identified,of which 21 were unchanged in the 20-position carbon side chain, and 10 were in the 20-position carbon side chain. This study comprehensively identified the chemical constituents of Panax quinquefolium stems and leaf triols for the first time, which would provide a scientific basis for elucidating the basis of its medicinal substances.
