植物代谢组学及其在淫羊藿药材研究中的应用

【摘要】 植物代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,在植物研究领域有着广泛的应用。植物代谢组学有两个重要部分,即仪器分析和数据分析。目前常用的分析仪器有气相色谱-质谱联用仪、液相色谱-质谱联用仪和核磁共振仪等,常用数据分析手段主要有主成分分析和聚类分析等。淫羊藿是我国传统的补益中药,具有广阔的应用前景。本文就植物代谢组学在各个应用领域的最新进展进行了分析总结,并以淫羊藿为主要研究对象,围绕品种鉴别、代谢轮廓的描绘、质量标准的建立和有效成分的作用机制4方面来总结植物代谢组学在淫羊藿方面的最新研究进展,以期加深对淫羊藿的了解,为其相关研究奠定基础,同时也为其他中药材的研究提供新思路和新方法。

【Abstract】 Plant metabolomics is an important part of systems biology and has a wide range of applications in the field of plant research. Plant metabolomics has two important parts, namely instrumental analysis and data analysis. At present, the commonly used analytical instruments include gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and nuclear magnetic resonance. Common data analysis methods mainly include principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Epimedium is a Traditional Chinese Medicine for tonic in my country and has broad application prospects. This article analyzes and summarizes the latest developments in plant metabolomics in various application fields, and takes Epimedium as the main research object, focusing on the four aspects of species identification, description of metabolic profile, establishment of quality standards and the mechanism of action of active ingredients. Summarize the latest research progress of plant metabolomics in Epimedium. In order to deepen the understanding of Epimedium, lay the foundation for its related research, and also provide new ideas and new methods for the research of other Chinese Medicinal Materials.
