【摘要】 目的:观察玉屏风颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的有效性和长期使用的安全性。方法:选取河源市中医院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用玉屏风颗粒治疗。所有患者跟踪随访12个月。观察两组患者随访期间慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)发生次数及持续时间、肺功能改善情况。结果:观察组患者的AECOPD发生次数及持续时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);治疗前两组患者的肺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);治疗后观察组患者肺功能指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);用药过程中全部病例未观察到有不良反应。结论:玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效显著,可有效促进患者疾病稳定期的康复,改善肺功能,减少AECOPD发生次数,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Yupingfeng granule in preventing and treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improving lung function and the safety of long-term use.Method A total of 60 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Heyuan Hospital of Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the treatment of the control group.All cases were followed up for 12 months.The number and duration of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and the improvement of lung function during the follow-up period of the two groups were observed.Result The number and duration of AECOPD in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05);After treatment,the pulmonary function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);no adverse reactions were observed in all cases during the medication.Conclusion Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Yupingfeng granule has a significant stabilizing effect,which can effectively promote the patient’s rehabilitation during the stable period of disease,improve lung function,delay the acute attack and development of slow-blocking lung,and improve the patient’s quality of life.更多还原
