印刷装备远程监测与故障诊断的研究现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 远程监测与故障诊断技术是印刷机械故障诊断与维护管理的重要手段之一。本文分析国内外品牌印刷装备制造企业远程故障诊断应用情况,对印刷机械的远程监测与信号采集、处理及故障诊断技术的研究现状进行了综合阐述,最后基于其他重点行业的远程监测与故障诊断的研究情况和大数据、5G技术在远程故障诊断上的应用情况,对印刷装备远程监测与故障诊断的未来发展前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is one of the important means of printing machinery fault diagnosis and maintenance management. In this paper, the application of remote fault diagnosis in domestic and foreign brand printing equipment manufacturing enterprises was analyzed and compared, and the research status of remote monitoring and signal acquisition, processing and fault diagnosis technology of printing machinery were comprehensively expounded. Finally, based on the research status of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis in other key industries and the application of big data, 5G technology in remote fault diagnosis, the future development of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of printing equipment was prospected.
