喷墨打印在光电领域应用的研究进展
Application of Inkjet Printing in the Field of Optoelectronics
【摘要】 喷墨打印是一种将各种功能材料溶液化,并通过喷嘴把细小的微滴沉积到基底指定位置,形成特定的图案化薄膜的技术。其非接触和增材制造的特点使得喷墨打印不再局限于墨水和纸张的图文再现,应用范围更加广阔。本文首先介绍了喷墨打印的分类、原理和特点,并从改进打印设备、优化墨水配方和承印基底性能三方面分析了提高喷墨打印质量的相关研究。然后对喷墨打印在光电领域,例如传感器、显示、防伪和太阳能电池方面的应用进展进行了综述。最后对喷墨打印的研究现状进行总结并提出对未来的展望。
【Abstract】 In the inkjet printing technology,various functional material are dissolved,and the fine droplets are deposited to the designated position of the substrate through the nozzle to form a specific patterned film.Due to its non-contact and additive manufacturing characteristics,inkjet printing is no longer limited to the reproduction of graphics and texts of ink and paper,and its application range is broader.In this paper,firstly the classification,principle and characteristics of inkjet printing were introduced,and the related research to improve the quality of inkjet printing was analyzed from three aspects of the improvement of printing equipment,optimization of ink formulation and substrate performance.Then,the application progress of inkjet printing was reviewed in photoelectric field such as sensor,display,anti-counterfeiting and solar cell.Finally,the research status of inkjet printing was summarized and the future prospect was proposed.
