【摘要】 专业选择是大类招生与培养改革的重要内容之一。本研究基于对北京航空航天大学本科生的调查,揭示在大类模式下学生选择专业的实际过程和行为目标,从学生入学前、大类培养阶段、专业培养阶段三个阶段分析了专业意向、专业认知、政策认知、满意度等情况。结果显示,大类培养能够使学生充分了解大学专业的内涵、明确个人专业意向,有利于提高专业满意度和专业思想稳固度。高校实施大类模式下的专业选择时,应抓住政策制定、专业认知教育、学生满意度提升等关键问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Major selection constitutes a major part in the large-category enrollment and cultivation reform.Based on a survey of undergraduates at Beihang University,this study aims to reveal the actual process and behavior of students’ major selection in the large-category model.The study analyzed the students’ intention to choose a major,recognition of a major and its related policies,and satisfaction during the three stages of pre-entrance,large-category cultivation,and major-oriented cultivation.The results showed that the large-category cultivation could help students fully grasp the connotation of a college major,sort out their intention,and improve their satisfaction with and commitment to their major.The study identifies policy-making,major cognition education,and student satisfaction as key factors to be addressed in carrying out the major selection in implementing the model of large-category.更多还原
