【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology, the media has significantly become an important collector, disseminator and processor of professional information. Meanwhile, the supervision of the media has also become an indispensable part of the external governance of listed companies and plays an indispensable part of the external governance.This paper summarizes the research literature on media supervision at home and abroad in recent years, proposes an extended framework to analyze the transmission mechanism of media supervision on the governance of listed companies, and puts forward some directions for future research.更多还原
