预增湿强夯处理深厚湿陷性黄土地基

【摘要】 通过工程实例,介绍了地基土层预增湿以及强夯法在甘肃地区某雨水箱涵工程地基处理中的应用。该工程地基为深厚回填黄土,自重湿陷性等级为Ⅳ级,经对比后决定采用强夯法进行地基处理。由于地基土的天然含水量远低于最佳含水量,为保证地基处理效果,采用砂井注水法对地基进行增湿处理。待地基土增湿后的含水量接近最佳含水量时,再采用5 000 kN·m能级强夯法加固。检测结果以及使用情况均表明,该处理方法效果良好。

【Abstract】 Based on the foundation treatment of a rainwater tank culvert project in Gansu Province, the application of soil prewetting and dynamic compaction method is described. The foundation is deep backfill loess and the self-weight collapsibility grade is Ⅳ. After comparison,the dynamic compaction method is adopted for foundation treatment. Because the natural moisture content of foundation soil is far lower than the optimal one, the sand drain prewetting method is used to ensure the effect of dynamic compaction. When the moisture content is close to the optimum one, the soil is reinforced by dynamic compaction method with 5 000 kN·m energy level. Test results and application show that the method has good effect.
