基于FLAC3D的地铁车站基坑开挖数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Foundation Pit Excavation of Subway Station by FLAC3D
【摘要】 通过有限差分软件FLAC3D对合肥市轨道交通5号线黄河路车站基坑工程建立数值模型,对基坑不同开挖深度工况进行数值模拟,分析桩体侧向位移、支撑轴力和地表沉降的变化规律,并与现场监测数据进行对比。结果表明:随着开挖深度的增加,桩体侧向位移不断增大,最大侧向位移点不断下移,桩体沿深度方向上的侧向变形呈现两端小、中间大的分布;在支撑体系中,钢筋混凝土支撑相较钢支撑发挥了较大的支撑作用;基坑外地表土体呈现凹槽形沉降的变形形式,最大沉降值点在距离基坑12 m左右的位置处;数值模拟结果与现场监测数据接近,能较为准确地反映不同开挖深度基坑的变形特性,对类似基坑的设计和施工有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 A numerical model for the foundation pit project in Hefei Rail Transit Line 5 Huanghelu Station is established by the finite difference software FLAC3 D. and the working conditions of different excavation depths are nu-merically simulated. The change rules of lateral displacement of piles, supporting axial force and ground settlement are analyzed and compared with the field monitoring data. With the increase of excavation depth, the lateral displacement of the pile keep increasing, and the maximum displacement point keeps moving downward. The lateral deformation of the pile along the depth direction is small on both ends and large in the middle. In the support system, reinforced concrete supports larger than steel. The surface soil outside the foundation pit presents a groove-shaped settlement deformation form and the point of maximum settlement value is about 12 m away from the foundation pit. The numerical simulation results are close to the field monitoring data and can accurately reflect the defor-mation characteristics of foundation pits at different excavation depths. The research in this article has reference for the design and construction of similar foundation pits.
