金蝉花质量标准研究
Quality standard for Cordyceps cicadae
【摘要】 目的建立金蝉花的质量标准。方法对金蝉花药材进行性状、显微鉴别,采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;参照《中国药典》2015年版方法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定腺嘌呤、尿苷、肌苷、鸟苷、腺苷、N~6-(2-羟乙基)腺苷6种核苷类成分的含量。结果金蝉花粉末显微特征明显;薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度较好;15批金蝉花药材水分不得超过9.0%,总灰分不得超过10.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过5.0%,水溶性浸出物含量不得少于33%;6种核苷类成分总含量不得少于0.26%。结论该方法稳定可靠,可用于金蝉花的质量控制。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard for Cordyceps cicadae. Methods The characteristic, microscopic and TLC were used for qualitative identification of Cordyceps cicadae. The contents of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and extract contents of Cordyceps cicadae were determined by according to the methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2015. HPLC was used for the content simultaneous determination of adenine, uridine, inosine, guanosine, adenosine and N~6-(2-hydroxyethyl) adenosine.Results The microscopic characteristics of the powder of Cordyceps cicadae were characteristic. The clear TLC spots exhibited good resolution. The limit of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash of Cordyceps cicadae must be no more than 9.0%, 10.0%, 5.0%, respectively, and the limit of water extract must be no less than 33.0%. The total content of six nucleosides constituents were no less than 0.26%. Conclusion This stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Cordyceps cicadae.
