【摘要】 区域资本市场的一体化是区域一体化发展的重要体现.在对区域资本市场一体化内涵剖析的基础上,从资金价格差异和资本跨区域自由流动两个角度对长三角地区资本市场一体化发展程度进行评价和测度.结果表明在长三角区域内资金价格还存在差异,但区域资本市场一体化程度近年明显上升,中心城市具有金融资源集聚效应但溢出效应不明显.因此,在借鉴欧盟资本市场一体化经验的基础上,结合制约长三角区域资本市场一体化发展的因素,从金融服务平台建设、超行政协调机构建立、产业基金驱动、金融协同监管、区域股权交易所联盟建立等方面提出了未来加快长三角区域资本市场一体化发展的建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional capital market integration is an important manifestation of regional development integration.This paper evaluates and measures the development degree of capital market integration in the Yangtze River Delta region from asset pricing efficiency and free flow of capital across regions.The results show that there are differences in asset prices among different regions,but the degree of capital market integration in the Yangtze River Delta region has increased significantly in recent years,the central cities have the effect of financial resources agglomeration,but the spillover effect is not obvious.Based on the review of the development experience of EU capital market integration and the analysis on the factors that constraint capital market integration in the Yangtze River Delta region,we give the advices on the construction of financial service platform,establishment of super administrative coordination organization,investment guidance of industrial funds,coordinated supervision of finance and the establishment of regional equity exchange alliance to support capital market integration in Yangtze River Delta.更多还原
