【摘要】 目的对比单髁置换术与胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎的疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月至2020年12月收治的40例膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者为研究对象,根据患者意愿分为单髁置换组、胫骨高位截骨组各20例,单髁置换组采取单髁置换术治疗,胫骨高位截骨组采取胫骨高位截骨术治疗,对比两组膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分、生存质量评分、并发症发生率差异。结果术前两组患者膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分、生存质量评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),术后1个月膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分、生存质量评分均较本组术前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),单髁置换组生存质量评分与胫骨高位截骨组数值相当,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),膝关节活动度小于胫骨高位截骨组,膝关节功能评分大于胫骨高位截骨组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎临床治疗中单髁置换术较胫骨高位截骨术更有助于提升膝关节功能,但不足之处在于膝关节活动度较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective the treatment of osteoarthritis of the medial compartment of the knee.MethodsWe selected 40 patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 as the research objects.According to patient′s wishes,they were divided into unicondyle replacement group and high tibial osteotomy group with 20 cases in each. The two groups were compared in terms of inflammatory cytokines,knee joint range of motion,knee joint function score,quality of life score,and complication rate.Results difference in knee range of motion,knee function scores,and quality of life score between the two groups before surgery(P > 0.05). Knee range of motion,knee function scores,and quality of life scores were all higher 1 month after surgery and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The quality of life score in the two groups showed nostatistical significance(P > 0.05). Knee joint function score was higher inunicondyle replacement group than that in the high tibial osteotomy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The complication rate of the two groups was the same,indicating no statistical significance(P > 0.05).ConclusionIn clinical treatment of osteoarthritis of the medial compartment of the knee,unicondyle replacement is more helpful than high tibial osteotomy to improve knee joint function,but its disadvantage is that the knee joint has poor mobility.更多还原
