【摘要】 目的探讨残余胆固醇(remnant cholesterol,RC)水平对急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)发病的预测价值。方法选取乳源县人民医院2020年1-12月首诊于我院的ACI患者120例为病例组。选取同期120例健康体检者作为对照组。利用相关性分析及绘制ROC曲线的方式分析残余胆固醇、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-high density lipoproteincholesterol,non-HDL-C)水平对ACI发病的预测价值。结果 ACI组LDL-C、HDL-C、RC及non-HDL-C水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组间TC水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析表明:TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、RC及non-HDL-C均为ACI发生的危险因素。ROC分析显示,相较于其他指标,RC的水平对于ACI的发生具有更好的预测价值。结论 RC对于ACI的发病有一定预测诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the predictive value of remnant cholesterol(RC)level in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 120 patients with ACI who were first diagnosed in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 in Ruyuan County People′s Hospital were selected as the research group.120 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of RC,total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and nonhigh density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C)were analyzed by correlation analysis and ROC curve to evaluate the predictive value on the incidence of ACI.Results The levels of LDL-C,HDL-C,RC,and non-HDL-C in the research group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Between the two groups,there is no significant statistical difference in TC levels(P>0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,RC and non-HDL-C are all risk factors for ACI.Compared with other indicators,further ROC analysis showed that the level of RC has a better predictive value for the occurrence of ACI.Conclusion RC has certain predictive and diagnostic value for the onset of ACI.更多还原
