纳米技术在抗幽门螺杆菌治疗中的应用进展

【摘要】 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是诱发胃炎、消化性溃疡及胃部恶性肿瘤的重要致病因素之一,它定居于黏液层与胃窦黏膜上皮细胞表面,周围不仅有高粘度能阻碍药物分子与细菌接触的黏液层,还有大量胃酸和胃蛋白酶使作用药物降解失活。复杂的外部环境和不断增强的耐药性使根除Hp变得越来越困难。纳米粒子因其粒径小、易于修饰等特性被广泛用作药物载体。将纳米技术引入抗Hp的治疗不仅能够增加药物靶向性,还能够改善体内药物分布,减少对正常组织毒副作用,提高治疗安全性。文章从Hp的预防、诊断和治疗等方面,综述了纳米技术在其中的应用进展,并对其机制进行阐述,为后续抗菌研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 Helicobacter pylori( Hp) is one of the most important pathogenic factors to induce gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric cancer. It parasitizes in the intercellular space of the stomach wall. Around it,there is not only a mucous layer with high viscous that can prevent the drug molecules from contacting the bacteria,but also a large amount of stomach acid and pepsin to degrade the drug.The complex external environment and growing drug resistance make it more difficult to eradicate Hp. Nanoparticles are widely used as drug carriers because of their small size and easy modification. The introduction of nanotechnology in anti-Hp treatment can not only increase drug targeting,but also improve drug distribution in vivo,reduce toxic and side effects on normal tissues,and enhance the safety of treatment. This paper summarizes the application of nanotechnology in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of Hp,and its mechanism,to provide a reference for subsequent antibacterial research.
