【摘要】 目的 探讨时间轴管理法应用于急性胸痛患者救护中的效果。方法 将2019年1月至2021年3月间我院收治的360例急性胸痛患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组180例予以常规急救方案，研究组180例予以时间轴管理法进行急救。比较两组患者急救各环节时间、抢救成功情况、心理状态、治疗效果以及满意度情况。结果 研究组急诊处置时间、接诊至确诊时间、进出急诊室时间、快速评估时间、首次心电图时间、球囊扩张时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组抢救成功率(95.00%)高于对照组(87.78%)(P<0.05)。研究组焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组，满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组院内胸痛再发、并发症发生率及7d后死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 时间轴管理法应用于急性胸痛患者救护中可缩短急救各环节时间，提高抢救成功率，治疗效果好，患者具有较高的心理状态以及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of time axis management in the rescue of patients with acute chest pain. Methods From January 2019 to March 2021, 360 cases of patients with acute chest pain in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 180 cases in the control group were given routine first aid plan, 180 cases in the study group were given first aid by time axis management method. The first-aid time, rescue success, psychological state, treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of emergency treatment, the time from reception to diagnosis, the time of entering and leaving the emergency room, the time of rapid assessment, the time of first ECG and the time of balloon dilatation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The rescue success rate of the study group(95.00%) was higher than that of the control group(87.78%)(P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence of chest pain, complication rate and mortality rate after 7 days in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of time axis management method in the rescue of patients with acute chest pain can shorten the time of each link of first aid, improve the success rate of rescue, have good treatment effect, and patients have high psychological state and satisfaction.更多还原
