【摘要】 目的探讨基于专科护士核心能力培训方法在泌尿外科中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至11月参加湘潭市第一人民医院泌尿外科专科能力培训的21名护理人员为研究对象。组建泌尿外科专科护士培训小组并负责培训工作,以前期构建的"专科护士核心能力评价指标体系"为指导,从临床护理、管理能力、教学科研、沟通协调、伦理与法律、专业发展6个方面进行培训。比较培训前后护理人员的理论成绩、操作成绩、文书成绩以及患者满意度。结果培训后护理人员的理论成绩、操作成绩、文书成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后患者的满意度较培训前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科护士核心能力培训能有效提高护士的护理核心能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of the training methods based on the core competence of nurses in urology. Methods From March to November 2019, 21 nurses who participated in the urology specialty training in the First People’s Hospital of Xiangtan City were selected as the research objects. The training group of urology specialist nurses was set up and responsible for the training work. The "core competence evaluation index system of specialist nurses" was guided to conduct training in six aspects,i.e. clinical nursing, management ability, teaching and research, communication and coordination, ethics and law, and professional development. The nursing staff’s theoretical performance, operational performance, clerical performance, and patient satisfaction before and after the training were compared. Results After the training, nurses theoretical performance, operational performance, and clerical performance were all higher than those before the training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the training, the patient’s satisfaction for nursing was also better than that before the training(P<0.05). Conclusion The training based on the core competence of specialist nurses can effectively improve the core competence of nursing.更多还原
