基于CPS和数字孪生技术的智能制造课程建设——自动化专业实践课程教改探索
Course Construction of Intelligent Manufacturing Based on CPS and Digital Twin Technology——Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Practice Course of Automation Specialty
【摘要】 为满足新兴产业对人才的需求,改变传统自动化专业实践课程对学生吸引力不强的现状,东华大学信息科学与技术学院建设了以智能制造为主题的专业实践课程体系。其中,在面向离散制造的智能制造实践教学部分,应用西门子Tecnomatix Process Simulate软件,设计了基于数字孪生技术的多机器人生产线系统,用于培训学生对机器人进行离线编程及基于控制逻辑事件驱动的虚拟仿真;在自动化专业综合实习课程中,应用西门子NX MCD研制了基于CPS的工业智能制造虚拟仿真平台,使学生编制的PLC程序经数据通信控制该虚拟仿真平台上的工业智能制造生产线,实现虚拟设备调试和运行。该实践课程建设符合智能生产设计理念,为自动化专业工程实践教学改革提供了一种新的思路。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the demand for talent cultivation in new industries, and change the situation that traditional case study is not attractive to students, the College of Information Sciences and Technology, Donghua University has built a series of practical courses. It is with intelligent manufacturing as the theme, and combines the construction of practical teaching platform and the development of comprehensive experimental cases. In the part of intelligent manufacturing practice teaching for discrete manufacturing, we use Siemens Tecnomatix process simulate software to realize the system of "multi robot production line based on digital twin technology", and to train students to carry out off-line programming of robots and virtual simulation based on event driven control logic. In the course of automation specialty practice, the virtual simulation platform of industrial intelligent manufacturing based on CPS and NX MCD is developed. These new practice course conforms to the idea of intelligent production design, and provides a new way for the engineering practice teaching reform of automation specialty.
