新工科背景下高校工程训练中心建设探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on Construction of Engineering Training Center in University under the Background of New Engineering
【摘要】 "新工科"建设对于高等教育人才培养,尤其是工程训练相关的实践实训教育提出了新要求,即培养具有创新创业能力、跨界整合能力、综合问题解决能力的复合型人才。结合工程训练中心改革发展实践探索,以改革人才培养理念为内核,以管理考核体系改革、教学体系升级、双创教育驱动为路径,通过构建以KAPIV项目和智慧学习工场为引领的4层次教学体系,以创新创业教育平台、双创竞赛、创新开放实验室、学生社团为抓手,重点培养学生自主学习能力、实践动手能力、创新发展能力、解决复杂工程问题能力,实现知识向能力的转化。实践结果表明,工程训练中心在培养学生创新、实践、能力和工程素质等多方面成效显著。
【Abstract】 The construction of "new engineering" has put forward new requirements for the training of higher education talents, especially the practical training and education related to engineering training. That is, to cultivate compound talents with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities, cross-industry integration capabilities, and comprehensive problem-solving capabilities. Combining the practical exploration of the reform and development in the Engineering Training Center of Shandong University, people take the concept of reforming talent training as the core, deem the reform of the management evaluation system, upgrading the teaching system, and driving innovation and innovation as the path, through the construction of a four-level teaching system led by the KAPIV project and the smart learning workshop, think for innovation and entrepreneurship education platform, innovation and entrepreneurship competition, innovation open laboratory, and student associations as the starting point, and focus on cultivating students’ independent learning ability, practical ability, innovative development ability, and the ability to solve complex engineering problems, so as to realize the transformation of knowledge into ability. The practical results show that the engineering training center has achieved remarkable results in cultivating students’ innovation, practice, ability and engineering quality.
