石墨/尼龙复合材料的成分分析及热分解性能
Chemical composition and thermal decomposition properties of graphite/nylon composite
【摘要】 采用红外光谱、扫描电镜和拉曼光谱对石墨/尼龙样品的化学成分进行了分析,显示其基体成分为尼龙6(PA6),无机填料为石墨(C)和少量的无机物。利用热重分析测定了纯PA6和石墨/尼龙样品(C/PA6)在4种不同加热速率(5,10,15和20℃·min-1)条件下的热分解曲线,并通过Kissinger法和Crane法研究了PA6和C/PA6的热分解动力学。结果表明:PA6和C/PA6的热分解反应级数分别为0.937和0.936,近似等于1,均为一阶热分解过程;热分解活化能分别为178.4和173.6kJ·moL-1。此外,在相同的加热速率下,C/PA6达到最大热分解速率时的温度低于纯PA的,说明石墨的加入降低了PA6的热分解活化能,加快了热分解过程。
【Abstract】 The chemical composition of graphite/nylon composite has been analyzed by FTIR,SEM and Raman spectroscopy,and the results show that the matrix is nylon 6(PA6),the inorganic filler is graphite(C)and a small amount of inorganic materials.Moreover,the thermal decomposition curves of nylon 6(PA6)and graphite/nylon composite(C/PA6)at four different heating rates(5℃·min-1,10℃·min-1,15℃·min-1 and 20℃·min-1)were determined by thermogravimetric analyzer,and the thermal decomposition kinetics of PA6 and C/PA6 were studied by the Kissinger method and Crane method.The results are as follows:the thermal decomposition reaction order of PA6 and C/PA6 are 0.937 and 0.936,which are approximately equal to 1,respectively,and both are first-order thermal decomposition reactions.The thermal decomposition activation energy is 178.4 kJ·mol-1 and 173.6 kJ·mol-1,respectively,and at the same heating rate,the temperature of C/PA6 at the maximum thermal decomposition rate is lower than that of PA6,which indicates that the addition of graphite reduce the thermal decomposition activation energy of PA6 and accelerate the thermal decomposition process.
