【摘要】 目的对Lisfranc损伤,采用空心螺钉与微型钢板的治疗效果。方法回顾2018年1月-2020年12月收治的Lisfranc韧带损伤患者14例。其中采用Herbert螺钉治疗6例(对照组),行微型跨关节钢板治疗8例(观察组)。评估两组术前及术后即刻、术后1、2、3、6、12个月VAS评分;使用关节功能评分(AOFAS)量表比较两组术后3、6、12个月踝关节功能。结果两组术前与术后即刻VAS评分无统计学意义,但自术后1个月开始,两组VAS评分差异明显,对照组评分较观察组明显降低,且差异有统计学差异,但术后第6个月后,两组间VAS评分无明显差异。与术前相比,两组AOFAS评分均呈升高趋势,但观察组评分均高于对照组。结论采用跨关节微型钢板治疗Lisfranc损伤,较空心螺钉更有利于足功能的恢复,因此,在临床中推荐采用微型钢板进行治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect difference between hollow screw and micro plate in the treatment of Lisfranc injury. Methods A total of 14 patients with Lisfranc ligament injury admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were reviewed. Among them, 6 patients with Lisfranc ligament injury were treated with micro transarticular plate(experimental group), and 8 patients with Lisfranc ligament injury were treated with Herbert screw(control group). VAS scores were evaluated before and after surgery, and at 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery. The ankle function of the two groups was compared 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery using the joint function score(AOFAS) scale.Results There was no statistical significance in the VAS scores between the two groups before and immediately after surgery, but there was a significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups since 1 month after surgery. The scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference. However, there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups after 6 months after surgery. Compared with preoperative, the AOFAS scores in both groups showed a decreasing trend, but the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Compared with hollow nail, cross-joint micro plate is more beneficial to the recovery of foot function in the treatment of Lisfranc injury. Therefore, micro plate is recommended in clinical treatment.更多还原
