【Abstract】 The energy-saving ways for hydrogenation unit were discussed from three aspects: process energy saving, equipment energy-saving and joint energy-saving among units. Among them, the selection of energy-saving process technology and optimization of process flow were discussed; for equipment energy-saving, setting up stepless regulation system of compressor gas volume and energy saving/recovery facilities such as hydraulic permeability were highlighted; while for joint energy-saving of devices, the joint scheme of hydrogen cascade utilization, energy transfer and heat inlet/outlet between devices were discussed.更多还原
