【Abstract】 Geophysical exploration is the pioneer for oil and gas discover. It is the important technological guarantee for CNPC to carry out the resources strategy, too. Dependence on geophysical technology is higher and higher with the exploration targets becoming increasingly complex. It is inevitable to bring geophysical technology under detailed management. Based on the characteristics of the State-owned enterprise and the demand for geophysical technological development, CNPC took into account the geophysical management model of international oil companies, enhanced the top-level design, and focused the efforts on geophysical business management in the areas of technological development plan, standardization system, quality control system, information management, scientific research management, and talents management. It has established a complete set of geophysical technological management systems and management procedures. Aiming at the demand from the main business of exploration and development, CNPC brought about organic unification of an oil company and an oilfield service company. The full-process management of geophysical technology is standardized to ensure the roles of the technological system centering the key technology and its application, thus promoting green development of geophysical technology and transition of geophysical technological management to the innovation pattern and information pattern. As a result, geophysical technological application and data reliability have been substantially improved with the high-quality and high-efficiency breakthroughs made in oil and gas exploration of the complicated area.更多还原
