长度差异化赛络纺设备的研制与应用

【摘要】 结合嘉兴学院材料与轻纺工程实验中心建设浙江省纱线材料成型与复合加工技术研究重点实验室的实践,介绍了该中心新型纺纱设备研制的实践经验,并着重长度差异化赛络纺设备的研制及科研对教学的反哺,凸显鲜明的工程教育特色。长度差异化赛络纺设备具有纺纱技术领先,原料适用性强,操作便捷的优点,在纺纱学、新型纺纱技术、纺织品设计与创意、纺织工艺设计与产品打样等课程中得到推广和使用,也可用于学生的学科竞赛等课外科技活动。

【Abstract】 Based on the construction of the Zhejiang Province Key Laboratory of Yarn Material Forming and Composite Processing Technology by Material and Textile Engineering Experimental Center of Jiaxing University, This paper introduces the Center’s practical experience in the development of new spinning equipment, the regurgitation feeding made by development of length-differentiated sirospun equipment and scientific research to teaching, and the distinctive characteristics of engineering education. As length-differentiated sirospun equipment has the advantages of leading spinning technology, strong raw material applicability and easy operation, it is widely used in courses such as spinning, new spinning technology, textile design and creativity, textile process design and product proofing, and can also be applied to extracurricular scientific activities such as student competitions.
