【摘要】 目的:探讨Nd∶YAG激光联合头孢拉定胶囊对慢性牙周炎患者牙周指标及口气的影响。方法:纳入慢性牙周炎患者120例分为2组(n=60)。对照组口服头孢拉定胶囊,观察组口服头孢拉定胶囊联合Nd∶YAG激光牙周袋内照射。比较2组治疗前后术区的临床症状、炎症因子、牙周临床指标以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后2周,观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.55%和89.28%(P<0.05)。2组SBI、 SPD、 CAL、 PLI水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组肿胀程度、口腔挥发性硫化物(VSCs)、感官值(OS)水平均下降(P<0.05),观察组的该3项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、 IL-6、 TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.56%、 7.14%(P>0.05)。结论:Nd∶YAG激光联合头孢拉定胶囊可改善慢性牙周炎患者牙周临床指标,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of Nd ∶YAG laser combined with cefradine capsule on periodontal indexes and oral odor of patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods: 120 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into 2 groups(n=60) and treated with cefradine capsules(control group), and cefradine capsules combined with Nd ∶YAG laser irradiation in periodontal pocket(observation group). The clinical symptoms, inflammatory factors, periodontal clinical indicators and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results: 2 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.55% and 89.28%(P<0.05) respectively. The SBI, SPD, CAL and PLI levels of the 2 groups decreased(P<0.05), and those of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The swelling degree, oral volatile sulfur compounds(VSCs) and sensory value(OS) levels decreased in the 2 groups(P<0.05), the swelling degree, VSCs and OS levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of advers reaction of observation group and control group was 5.56% and 7.14% respectively(P>0.05). Conclusion: Nd ∶YAG laser combined with cefradine capsule can effectively improve the periodontal clinical indexes of patients with chronic periodontitis and has remarkable curative effect.更多还原
