储气库闲置井的运行风险及安全对策

【摘要】 由于储气库多周期循环注采运行过程中产生的储气库闲置井完整性和密封性破坏风险加剧,储气库闲置井的安全运行管理难度加大。研究了X储气库群50口闲置井运行特点、闲置井分类与分布、闲置井运行风险类别。分析表明:闲置井完整性和密封性破坏风险主要有人为的盗窃破坏、设备结构变形老化产生的井口流体泄漏、储气库注采运行中的井口常态化带压导致井口流体泄漏风险。针对风险,提出"地质工程一体化"闲置井档案管理制度、"内外联动"式宣传教育和属地管理、无线远程实时压力监控及异常闲置井流体性质监测的安全对策,并提出了相应的异常闲置井应急和"产层+井筒+管外"的三级封堵治理方案,为推动国内储气库安全注采运行提供参考。

【Abstract】 Due to the increasing risk of integrity and sealing damage of idle wells in the process of multi-cycle injection production operation of gas storage, it is more difficult to manage the safe operation of idle wells in gas storage. The operation characteristics, classification and distribution of 50 idle wells in X gas storage group, as well as the operation risk category of the idle wells are analyzed. The analysis shows that the risk of integrity and sealing failure of idle wells mainly includes the leakage of wellhead fluid caused by artificial theft and aging and deformation of equipment structure and the leakage of wellhead fluid caused by normal pressure of wellhead during the injection and production operation of gas storage. In view of these risks, the paper puts forward the safety countermeasures of "integration of geology and engineering " idle well file management system, "internal and external linkage" publicity and education and territorial management, wireless remote real-time pressure monitoring and abnormal idle well fluid property monitoring, and puts forward the emergency and "production layer + wellbore + outside pipe" three-level plugging treatment scheme of abnormal idle wells,which provides reference for promoting safe injection production operation of domestic gas storage.
