【摘要】 目的 :分析复旦大学附属华山医院北院药学门诊运行情况,促进医院药学发展。方法 :收集药学门诊相关信息,包括就诊患者的年龄、性别、咨询内容、咨询药物种类和对用药建议的接纳情况等,进行分析。结果 :药学门诊运行1年来,共有416人次患者就诊,以≥60岁的老年人为主,女性居多,咨询的主要问题是药物使用的注意事项和生活方式,咨询的药物种类以心血管疾病治疗药物为主,就诊患者的满意度高,为98.1%。结论 :药学门诊能为患者提供专业的药学服务,服务模式受到患者的肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the operation of the pharmacy clinic in northern division of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University and promote the development of hospital pharmacy. Methods: The information of patients at pharmacy clinic, including patient age, gender, consultation content, types of consulting drugs, acceptance of medication recommendations, was collected and analyzed. Results: A total of 416 patients were treated in one year, in which 51.9% patients were over 60 years old and the most were women. The main problem of consultation was the precautions of drug use and the lifestyle, and the types of drug for consultation were mainly cardiovascular drugs. The patients visiting the clinic with high satisfaction accounted for 98.1%. Conclusion: The pharmacy clinic can provide professional pharmacy services to patients, and its service mode is affirmed by patients.更多还原
