丙烯酸热稳定性及三种阻聚剂的影响

【摘要】 丙烯酸行业属于高危行业,由于过热引发聚合而导致的火灾爆炸等工业危害事件屡有发生。利用绝热加速量热仪(ARC)对丙烯酸绝热条件下的放热特性进行了测试,测得丙烯酸在125.60℃时发生自聚反应,250.70℃时发生产物的分解反应;计算了放热过程的动力学参数,两段放热过程的表观活化能分别为94.7 kJ×mol-1和209.9 kJ×mol-1,指前因子分别为1.6×109 min-1和6.8×1017 min-1;进行了反应失控的风险分析,发现分解反应失控的严重度更高,可达到3级,绝热状态下自聚反应结束时的温度不能引发分解反应失控;并对比了3种工业常用阻聚剂对丙烯酸热稳定性的影响,结果为对苯二酚和吩噻嗪的效果相当且优于4-甲氧基苯酚。

【Abstract】 Acrylic acid industry is a high-risk industry, industrial hazards such as fire and explosion caused by superheated polymerization occur frequently. The exothermic characteristics of acrylic acid under adiabatic condition were measured by adiabatic acceleration rate calorimeter(ARC), including the self-polymerization of acrylic acid at 125.60 ℃ and the decomposition reaction of the product at 250.70 ℃; the kinetic parameters of the exothermic process were calculated, the apparent activation energies of the two exothermic processes are 94.7 kJ×mol-1 and 209.9 kJ×mol-1 respectively and the pre-exponential factors are 1.6×109 min-1 and 6.8×1017 min-1 respectively; The risk analysis of the reaction out of control was carried out, it was found that the severity of the decomposition reaction out of control was higher, reaching grade 3 and the temperature at the end of the self-polymerization reaction in the adiabatic state was difficult to cause the decomposition reaction out of control; the effect of three industrial polymerization inhibitors on the thermal stability of acrylic acid were compared. The results showed that hydroquinone and phenothiazine were equivalent,and better than 4-methoxyphenol.
