中草药碳点的合成及其对苦味酸检测性能研究
Study on the Synthesis of Chinese Herbal Medicine Carbon Dots and Its Detection Performance for Picric Acid
【摘要】 以板蓝根为碳源,通过水热合成法制备了一种粒径分布均匀的无毒绿色荧光碳点。该碳点的最大激发波长为398 nm,最大发射波长为468 nm,其在磷酸盐缓冲介质中(0.2 mol·L-1,pH=7.4),与苦味酸混合后荧光淬灭,基于此现象建立了一种绿色荧光碳点作为探针识别苦味酸的分析方法,实验结果显示在最佳实验条件下,苦味酸浓度在168 nmol·L-1~64μmol·L-1之间该体系表现出良好的线性关系,其检出限为5.6×10-8 mol·L-1(S/N=3),线性相关系数为0.999 5。该方法的选择性好,抗干扰能力强,响应时间快,灵敏度高,可用于工厂废水和洲河水样中苦味酸的检测,加标回收率在99.8%~101.1%之间,分析结果较理想。
【Abstract】 A green non-toxic fluorescent carbon dots with uniform particle size distribution was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using isatis indigotica as carbon source.The maximum excitation and emission wavelength of the carbon dots are 398 nm and 468 nm respectively.Based on this phenomenon,the green emissive carbon dots was established to determine picric acid.The experimental results showed that under the optimized experimental conditions,the system showed a good linear relationship in the picric acid concentration range of 168 nmol?L-1 to64μmol?L-1,the detection limit was 5.6×10-8 mol?L-1 (S/N=3),the correlation coefficient was 0.999 5.This sensing assay showed good selectivity,strong anti-interference ability,fast response time and high sensitivity for picric acid.It also can be used for the determination of picric acid in factory wastewater and Zhouhe river water samples with recovery rates between 99.8%and 101.1%.The analysis result was ideal.
