对苯二酚电化学传感器的构置与应用
Construction and Application of Hydroquinone Electrochemical Sensor
【摘要】 通过化学还原法合成Au@Pt/GO纳米复合材料,使用扫描电镜表征Au@Pt/GO纳米复合材料的形貌,Au@Pt纳米颗粒直径约为0.28~0.71mm,并用能谱仪表征Au@Pt/GO纳米复合材料的元素组成,主要含有Au、Pt、C和O。通过在GCE上修饰Au@Pt/GO纳米材料,构建了一种新型的对苯二酚电化学传感器。利用循环伏安法和安培法表征Au@Pt/GO/GCE的电化学性能,得出该传感器测定对苯二酚的线性范围为0.01~820 mmol×L-1,检出限为0.033 mmol×L-1。
【Abstract】 Au@Pt/GO nanocomposites were synthesized by chemical reduction method. The nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The diameter of the Au@Pt nanoparticles was about 0.28 ~ 0.71 mm. Au@Pt/GO was characterized by energy dispersive spectroscopy, and the nanocomposites mainly included Au, Pt, C and O elements. A new electrochemical sensor was constructed by modified Au@Pt/GO nanoparticle on GCE. Cyclic voltammetry and amperometry were applied to study the constructed electrochemical sensor. The linear range of the electrochemical sensor to detect HQ was 0.01 ~ 820 mmol×L-1, and the detection limit was 0.033 mmol×L-1.
